characters : head elongated behind eyes; frons with a crescentric sulcus
and a median glabrous stripe extending to vertex; eyes deeply emarginated
or almost divided; antennae much longer than body, fringed beneath in ,
shorter or barely reaching elytral apex in ; antennal segment 3 longest
and incurvate, segment 3 - 4 noduse apically, 9 - 10 produced
externally; prothorax slightly longer than broad, constricted at apex and
base; pronotum depressed, transverse corrugation irregular, sometimes with
flexous ridges; elytra densely pubescent, producing variable petterns
according to lighting especially the darker dwi-oblong patches near
to apex.

1.
For : antennae fringed ventrally from
segment 3 - 8. For
: A-shaped sulcus on frons distinvtive and
deep; vertex with a narrow glabrous median stripe; angular tooth on elytra
strongly produced; antennal segment 4 shorter than 5; inner antennifer
rounded or knob at apex. Generally, the dwi-oblong patch on elytra
very distinctive - pauper

For : antennae only fringed on segment 7 & 8. For
: A-shaped
sulcus on frons shallow and obscure; vertex without glabrous strip;
angular tooth on elytra only slightly produced; antennal segment 4 & 5
subequal; inner antennifer tuberculated at apex. Generally, the dwi-oblong
patch on elytra not obvious -
