DIAGNOSIS : head vertical; frons flat, rectangular; labrum, obstuse; maxillary and labial palpi short; eye not emarginate or feebly notch dorsally; gula without mentigerous process; antennae shorter than body in both sexes; prothorax parallel sided, as wide as elytra; anterior of pronotum dilated or raised; elytra deflexed at thoraxic portion near base; strongly incurved and dehiscent entire length, tip acuminate into sutural spine; femora compressed laterally, clavate at apical half, hind femora not extended to apex of abdomen.
